WOW. I’m eager to get rid of all the nonsense I’ve been dealing with lately. A lingering pain of mine has been the Kingsbrooke of Palatine association. Seriously, I’ve been on auto-debit since moving in and even with their continuously rising fees, I continue to be on auto-debit. They seem to occasionally not communicate between their accounting and billing department and will send occasional late fees. Hours of calls and/or visits to the meetings will get my fees refunded but my time is much more valuable than the monthly $25 fees. Lately, I’ve lost hours of time leaving messages with them that are continuously unreturned. Today I’m blessed with a bill that’s comprised of nothing but late fees. I’ve been on auto-debit since moving in, is there anything I can do?
